Marissa Scola is an experienced consultant with a strong background in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and analytics. Currently serving as a Consultant at Intellects Group since May 2022, Marissa has previously held key positions such as HRIS Manager at Happier Living and Senior HRIS Analyst at K12. With extensive experience in technology consulting, employee data reporting, and process automation, Marissa has worked with various organizations including LivingSocial, PRISM, Towers Watson, FBR, and Oracle USA. Marissa’s expertise encompasses project management, implementation of Oracle HRMS applications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiencies. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Lehigh University.
