Shubham Kadam

Shubham Kadam has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 with their role as an Event Organizer for The Will To Live Foundation, Inc. Shubham then worked as a Sales Associate at Music & Arts, making significant contributions to the growth of the lesson program. In 2015, Shubham served as the Organizing Committee President for AIESEC United States, where they successfully planned and organized the Youth 2 Business Forum. Shubham secured high-profile corporate sponsorships and turned the conference into a profit. Following this, Shubham took on the role of Staff Photographer at The Red & Black Publishing Co. In 2017, they became a Web Developer for The University of Georgia, creating websites for various departments. Shubham then joined Amazon as a Software Development Engineer Intern, where they developed a tool that increased efficiency and publish speed. Shubham continued their journey at Amazon as a Software Engineer, where they built new search and filter UI functionality and designed datawarehouse solutions. Currently, they are a Software Engineer/Tech Lead at POLITICO.

Shubham Kadam completed their education at the University of Georgia from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a minor in Music. Prior to that, they attended Northview High School from 2010 to 2014. In 2011, they also participated in the National Student Leadership Conference on Mass Communication/Media Studies at American University.
