Shannon began their career at Katamy Corporation as the Director of Marketing before moving on to become the E-Business Manager. Shannon then transitioned to Michigan Lottery, where they held various roles such as Club Games/Interactive Coordinator, Interactive Marketing Program Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Deputy Director of Digital Operations. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Digital Engagement at Pollard Banknote Limited.
