Jayden Kennedy

Jayden Kennedy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and finance. Currently serving as an Associate at Pollination since June 2023, Jayden provides strategic guidance on the voluntary carbon market and develops frameworks for assessing carbon credit quality. Prior roles include Equity Research Associate at Fairlight Asset Management, Commercial Analyst at ATOMOS, and strategy analyst at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities encompassed financial modeling, risk management, and product opportunity analysis. Previous experience includes engineering positions at Rio Tinto and Tenco Engineers, alongside significant involvement in motorsports at the University of Western Australia.
