Lara Philips

Lara has over 15 years of experience in sustainability across the agricultural, FMCG, insurance, and advisory sectors. At Fonterra, she led sustainability solutions for customer and consumer brands across North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania, launching several net carbon zero products which have received international recognition. Lara has deep technical knowledge in climate policy, mitigation, and carbon markets. With broad strategy and governance experience, Lara has developed climate strategy at Insurance Australia Group, advised clients on emissions trading and reporting at PwC, and has been an external advisor to Bain & Company.
