With a background in law, Olivia brings deep analytical capability – helping identify and navigate climate risk and opportunity and build business and supply chain resilience. Prior to Pollination, Olivia was a lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills, advising public and private companies on contentious aspects of major corporate and financial transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management. Olivia advised clients in high profile contested litigation matters, including financial services regulatory matters, shareholder class actions, competition and anti-bribery and corruption proceedings. She has consulted on business and human rights issues including private sector accountability for environmental and human rights impacts in the Asia-Pacific, and identification and remedy of supply chain risks. She brings experience in policy and law reform from her experience in community legal and pro bono matters and is a current member of the Australian Lawyers for Human Rights – Business & Human Rights Sub-Committee.
