Alyssa Putnam

Alyssa Putnam is the Head of People for Ralph Lauren Stores and Wholesale in North America, responsible for leading the people team that supports these employee populations. Alyssa has held multiple roles at Ralph Lauren, including P&D Business Partnership Lead for North America Wholesale & Retail, Senior Director of People & Development for Central and Canada, Senior Director of Talent Management, Director of Organizational Development, Manager of Talent Management, and Executive Assistant within the Executive Office. Prior to Ralph Lauren, Alyssa worked as a Junior Recruiter at JBCStyle. Alyssa earned a Bachelor's degree in English from Virginia Tech and graduated from Council Rock High School North.
