Danielle Moss

Danielle Moss is a senior executive with extensive experience in compensation and total rewards programs. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Ralph Lauren since November 2015, Danielle oversees the design and administration of global total rewards initiatives aligned with corporate philosophy. Previously, Danielle held the position of Vice President, Compensation at Chubb Insurance from January 2010 to November 2015, where the focus was on developing innovative global compensation strategies. Danielle also worked at Merrill Lynch from 2000 to 2010 as Director, managing compensation programs for the Fixed Income Division. Earlier in the career, Danielle served as an Analyst at BlackRock from 1997 to 2000. Danielle Moss holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
