Deborah Brown

Deborah Brown is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the beauty and retail sectors. Currently serving as Head of People and Development Global Partnerships at Ralph Lauren since June 2021, Deborah has also held the position of SVP Human Resources at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics North America since April 2016. Prior roles include Executive Director of Human Resources at The Estée Lauder Companies, where responsibilities included aligning HR strategies with business objectives for global brands. Deborah has successfully led human resources initiatives at various companies, including stila Cosmetics, Mac Cosmetics, May Department Stores Company, and Liz Claiborne Inc., focusing on talent management, employee performance, and organizational effectiveness. Deborah holds a BA in Psychology and Social Work with a minor in Business Administration from the University at Albany.
