Patrice Louvet

Patrice Louvet is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ralph Lauren Corporation and also serves on the Ralph Lauren Board of Directors.

Mr. Louvet joined the Ralph Lauren Corporation in July 2017 after serving as Group President at Procter & Gamble (P&G). He’s a global brand expert and skilled business leader known for transforming consumer product businesses and building high performing teams.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Louvet has overseen several different multi-billion dollar brands, ranging from Gillette to Pantene to SK-II, and has held business leadership roles globally in Europe, Asia and North America. Mr. Louvet has a proven track record of growing major global brands across diverse distribution channels, from e-commerce to wholesale to directly-operated retail; and through developing strong partnerships with retailers and iconic fashion houses, including Gucci and Hugo Boss. He has diverse experience in streamlining and refocusing major global businesses with an intense focus on results that is rooted in deep consumer insights.

Most recently, Mr. Louvet served as Group President of Global Beauty at P&G since February 2015, where he was responsible for a global organization of more than 10,000 employees across four beauty categories and twelve global brands that contributed $11.5 billion in revenue in 2016. Mr. Louvet undertook the transformation of the P&G Beauty business, streamlining the category and brand portfolio, reorganizing the business units and reigniting growth—delivering six consecutive quarters of sales growth and strengthening profit delivery and value creation during his tenure.

In his role as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Louvet is accountable for driving Ralph Lauren Corporation’s strategy, execution and business results. He is focused on driving new growth of the iconic brand globally, increasing productivity and creating value with his partner, Ralph Lauren, and the broader leadership team.

Mr. Louvet currently serves on the board of directors of Bacardi Limited, which he joined in July 2012. He is a member of the audit committee of the board of Bacardi Limited. He graduated from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and received his MBA from the University of Illinois. He served in the French Navy from 1987-1989 as Naval Officer, Admiral Aide de Camp. Mr. Louvet and his wife have been married for more than 20 years and have two teenage children. They currently live in New York.
