Patricia Lajara de Camilleri is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as Vice President and Head of Human Resources EMEA at Ralph Lauren, overseeing a team of 5,000 employees and focusing on cultivating a winning culture. Patricia is a member of the Global Leadership Team and also plays a significant role in YPO as a member of the Madrid Chapter Community and as a Board Member for UNICEF and Harvard Business School. With extensive experience at Ralph Lauren since 2007, Patricia has held various HR positions, contributing to the growth and development of the human resources function across multiple regions in Europe.
