Minwei Yao

Minwei Yao has a diverse work experience. Minwei has most recently served as a Software Engineer and Technical Support Engineer at Polonious Systems since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant and Doctoral Researcher at the University of Technology Sydney from 2016 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Minwei worked as an Engineer Intern at State Water Corporation from 2014 to 2015.

Minwei Yao earned a Master's degree in Information Technology from UNSW in the year 2021. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, Minwei Yao pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney. Minwei Yao's undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Technology Sydney from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Diploma in Engineering Practice with a focus on Water and Environmental Engineering.
