Srilagna Mohanty

Srilagna Mohanty has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. From 2021 to the present, they have been working as a Consultant HR & Growth at Polosoft Technologies. Prior to that, they worked at ClayRoot Inc. from 2015 to 2021, holding the position of Sr. Consultant HR & OD. Srilagna also worked at JP Research, Inc. from 2014 to 2015 as the Manager HR - INDIA Operation, where they focused on streamlining business processes and managing a team. From 2013 to 2014, Srilagna Mohanty was the Manager HR & Operation at Shyam Indus Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they led a team of over 1000 employees and specialized in techno-commercial HR roles. Srilagna also worked as an Assistant Manager HR at ComputerLab from 2011 to 2013, and as a Senior Executive HR at SUYOG COMPUTECH (P) LTD from 2008 to 2011, where they handled recruitment and overall HR and organizational development activities.

Srilagna Mohanty completed a Certification in Entrepreneurship from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in the year 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Certification in Women Entrepreneurship Development Program from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between the years 2016 and 2017. Their formal education began in 2005 when they enrolled at Utkal University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General in 2008.
