Irina But has held various marketing roles throughout their career. Irina started as the British programs manager at the International Institute of Business from 2001 to 2004. Irina then moved on to Danone Baby Food, where they served as the Marketing Director from 2004 to 2009. After that, they worked at Nutritek as the Marketing Director from 2009 to 2011. Irina then joined SCA Hygiene Products as the Marketing Manager for Intimate Hygiene from 2011 to 2012. Irina But then transitioned to SCA, where they held the position of TENA Marketing&Sales Support Manager UA/CIS/SEE from 2012 to 2013. Their most recent role was at Polpharma, where they worked as the OTC Marketing Manager from 2013 to 2016, before being promoted to the position of Marketing Director.
Irina studied marketing at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1996 to 2001. Irina then pursued further education in marketing at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained the ACM degree.
