Marek Bartkowski

Marek Bartkowski has a diverse work experience in the field of security and defense. Marek started their career in 2011 as a Security Manager at TOSHIBA Television Central Europe, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, Marek held multiple roles at Polpharma, including Manager of Security Defense Affairs and Fire Protection, and Key Security Organization Expert. Marek then joined Grupa Żywiec S.A. in 2020 as the Physical Security and Personal Data Protection Manager. Currently, Marek is the Head of Physical Security at Polpharma SA, a position they have held since 2021.

Marek Bartkowski completed postgraduate studies in management at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in 2004-2005. Prior to that, they obtained a master's degree in criminal law and administration from the University of Wroclaw in 2001-2003. Marek also earned a bachelor's degree in public safety from WSPol w Szczytnie in 1994-1997. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, such as Internal Auditor and Authorized Representative for ISO 27001:2014 Information Security Management System, Internal Auditor for TAPA FSR, Internal Auditor and Representative for ISO 28000, Personal Data Protection Certificate for Information Security Administrators, Managerial Course for Secretariat Managers, and Representative for Classified Information Protection.
