Sebastian Kornacki

Sebastian Kornacki is a seasoned professional in engineering and maintenance management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Engineering and Maintenance Department at Polpharma's API Business Unit since September 2019. Kornacki oversees CAPEX planning, budget control, and maintenance strategy while actively supporting HPAPI production and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering and Production Control in Polpharma’s API Plant from March 2013 to September 2019, where Kornacki managed technical infrastructure engineering and coordinated investment processes. Earlier, as an Automation Engineer from February 2005 to March 2013, Kornacki focused on contractors management, GMP compliance, and system validation. Educational background includes studies at Gdańsk University of Technology from 1999 to 2006.
