Marek Lipski

Marek Lipski is an experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Regional Director of the Warsaw Branch at PLAY since January 2009, Marek has also held significant roles such as Radio Network Planning and Optimization Expert and GERAN/UTRAN Senior Specialist. Additionally, Marek has been an Expert on EMF issues at Polska Izba Informatyki i Telekomunikacji since March 2017. Prior to these positions, Marek worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Project Manager for Network Planning and Optimization and held various roles at Siemens, including Manager of the Radio Network Planning & Optimisation Team. Marek began a career in radio network commissioning and integration in 2001. Educationally, Marek holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from Poznan University of Technology, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
