Adrian Hołub

Adrian Hołub possesses extensive experience in the real estate and geodesy sectors, holding the position of Redaktor merytoryczny at Investor Real Estate Expert since June 2017 and serving at Geodetic since November 2007 in various capacities including due diligence and advanced geodetic measurements. Noteworthy contributions include generating over 2 million PLN in annual profit for a significant office building in Warsaw and conducting comprehensive due diligence involving 70 elements related to real estate transactions. Adrian is also a member of the Polski Komitet Normalizacyjny and serves as an expert witness in the District Court in Warsaw. Additionally, Adrian has academic ties as a lecturer at multiple universities, including the University of Łódź and the University of Gdańsk, and is involved in training programs for real estate investors and developers. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Geodesy and Cartography from Warsaw University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Regional Studies from the University of Warsaw.
