Piotr Szmyd

Piotr Szmyd is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Chief Specialist at PGNiG SA since August 2022. Prior to this role, Piotr Szmyd held various leadership positions at EXALO Drilling SA from May 2013 to April 2022, including Director of Well Services Department, Services Operational Deputy Director for South Poland, and Head of Well Services Department. Earlier experience includes working as an Engineer at Exalo Drilling S.A. and as Deputy Head of Stimulation Department at ZRG Krosno Sp. z o.o. Piotr Szmyd earned a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in mining and geology from AGH University of Krakow between 1993 and 1998.
