Erik Runhaar

Erik Runhaar has over two decades of extensive experience in testing and training, currently serving as Manager Opleidingen at Polteq since November 2003. In various roles at Polteq, including Senior Trainer, Coach, and Test Consultant, Erik specializes in interim test management, advising on test approaches, and coaching testers and test managers, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and Requirements Engineering. Prior to Polteq, Erik worked as a Test Specialist at SSA Global and has held multiple testing-related positions at Baan/Invensys/SSA, demonstrating a consistent dedication to enhancing testing processes and methodologies. Erik holds an engineering degree in Organization and Computer Science from Windesheim and completed VWO - Atheneum at GSA Amersfoort.
