Tom Dawson

Tom Dawson has extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries. Currently serving as QCM/Project Superintendent at Polu Kai Services since May 2009, Tom recently completed a life safety correction project for the Mental Health Ward at the Miami VA Hospital and is now providing environmental services in Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan. As an investor at BROWARD HOME SOLUTIONS, LLC., also since January 2009, Tom focuses on promoting the company within the real estate sector by identifying and presenting properties to various stakeholders. Additionally, Tom is a partner at DX2 CONSTRUCTION, which offers construction services for residential and commercial projects in South Florida, and previously held the position of Project Superintendent at TGI CONSTRUCTION, where oversight was provided for a notable 22-story condominium project in Miami Beach. Tom holds an AA degree in Construction Management from Miami Dade College and completed high school at Miami Coral Park High.
