Country Manager & CEO For Italy at Poly-clip System GmbH & Co. KG

Marco Alessandro Weiss has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. From 2005, they worked at Poly-clip System GmbH & Co. KG as the Country Manager & CEO for Italy, where they were responsible for general management, sales and marketing, and coordination of the Technical Service department. Marco Alessandro then joined Techpartner S.r.l. in 2012 as CEO & Managing Director, representing and distributing machinery and consumables brands in the meat food industry. In 2018, they became the CEO & Managing Director of L. RICHELDI SOCIETA PER AZIONI. Previously, from 2005 to 2011, they served as the Vice President of Poly-clip System Srl. Marco Alessandro also has experience in the aviation industry, having worked as the General Manager Commercial for Italy at East African Safari Air and as a Sales Manager at Volare Spa. Before that, they held positions at ACI GLOBAL, Europ Assistance, and GOING TOUR OPERATOR S.P.A. as a Key Account Manager, Area Manager Tourism & Retail, and Chief Representative and Sales Promoter, respectively.

Marco Alessandro Weiss has a rich educational background that spans over several decades. Marco Alessandro attended the DSM Deutsche Schule Mailand / Scuola Germanica di Milano from 1975 to 1989, where they completed their high school education and obtained a degree in German Abitur and Italian Maturità liceo scientifico.

In their pursuit of further academic excellence, Marco attended SDA Bocconi in 2001 and 2002 to enhance their knowledge in General Management, specifically in the field of Tourism for Executives.

Continuing their professional development, they also attended the SDA Bocconi program for Neo-directors in General Management Starting Project, which they completed in 2007.

Marco further expanded their academic repertoire by attending the MIP Politecnico di Milano. Here, they successfully completed the Smart Learning Executive Program in Strategy & Marketing Advanced, culminating in 2021.

In 2011, they pursued an Executive Master in Business Administration and Management at LIUC Business School, providing him with comprehensive knowledge in these fields.

Looking ahead, Marco plans to attend the POLIMI Graduate School of Management in 2023, where they will undertake the Smart Learning Executive Program in Innovation.
