Michael Andrews is a seasoned creative and technical professional with extensive experience in software development, game design, and illustration. Currently serving as Founder and Creative Technical Director at Poly-Krafted LLC since February 2024, Michael oversees project visions and execution. Previously, as Software Development Lead at Jump Start Games, Michael managed a team to develop Dreamwork's School of Dragons, focusing on project management via Jira Stories and team meetings. Michael's background includes roles as Software Architect II at Age of Learning, Inc., C# Unity Developer at ViZZ, and contracted illustrator for Outskirts Press, Inc. and Amazon, showcasing a diverse skill set spanning software architecture, game development, and illustration. Education was pursued at Trident Technical College from 2000 to 2002.
