Adam Ruback

Adam Ruback has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Adam started their career at Briggs & Stratton, where they held various positions from 2003 to 2010. Adam then worked at MB Companies as a Service/Manufacturing Engineer, where they managed assembly teams and maintained quality and delivery targets. Adam later joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing Supervisor, responsible for highly automated machining operations.

At Johnson Electric, they served as a Segment Leader and Senior Manager, managing key customer business and new product development projects. Adam then returned to Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Product Plant Manager and Area Manager, overseeing manufacturing areas and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Adam's next role was at Johnson Level & Tool, where they held the positions of Director of Operations and Plant Manager, and later Director of Global Operations. Adam led teams in purchasing, supply chain, contract manufacturing, quality/service, and manufacturing operations.

Most recently, Adam worked at CentroMotion as a Plant Operations Manager, leading manufacturing operations at a large facility and overseeing various processes, such as steel machining, heat treating, blow molding, assembly, and painting.

Adam'sdiverse work experience showcases their expertise in operations management, manufacturing engineering, and strategic planning. Adam's leadership and continuous improvement efforts have contributed to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Adam Ruback attended Concordia University-Wisconsin, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Adam then went on to study Project Management at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, earning a degree in 2013. Additionally, Adam studied GD&T Basic & Advanced at Applied Geometrics and completed an Associate degree in Engineering - Engines at MPTC.
