Neil Henderson

Neil Henderson has a diverse work experience in manufacturing and engineering. Neil is currently the Director of Manufacturing and Engineering at Polycorp Ltd, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Engineering/Operations Manager at Polycorp Ltd. from June 2020 to January 2023. Before joining Polycorp Ltd, Neil worked as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at the same company from January 2013 to June 2020. Neil also has experience working as the Director of Product Engineering at National Rubber Technologies from January 2011 to January 2013, and as the Director of Manufacturing at National Rubber Technologies from September 2009 to January 2011. Before that, they held the role of Purchasing Manager at National Rubber Technologies from October 2006 to December 2009. Neil started their career as a Program Manager at NRI Industries from September 2003 to October 2006, and prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer at Decoma International (Magna) from September 2000 to September 2003.

Neil Henderson attended the University of Waterloo from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree (BA Sc.) in Civil Engineering. In 1994, they also attended the University of Leeds for a short period, focusing on Civil Engineering.
