Scott Gajewsky

Scott Gajewsky serves as the Training & Development Manager/Coach at Polydeck since September 2013, focusing on developing and delivering training opportunities to foster employee growth. Additionally, Gajewsky is an Employee Development Coach, dedicated to helping employees reach their full potential. As the Caring Culture Manager, Gajewsky champions an organizational culture that prioritizes care for employees, their families, and the community, all while honoring God. Previously, Gajewsky was the Executive Director and founding member of Their Way At Work from March 2008 to December 2013. Gajewsky's academic background includes studies towards an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Luther College.
