Sally Lawrence

Sally Lawrence PhD currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Polymateria, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Processing Group Leader at Unilever from August 2022 to November 2023, and as Team Leader for Feedstock Solutions and Sustainability at NOVA Chemicals from February 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team to develop innovative catalytic technology solutions aimed at enhancing corporate sustainability goals. Additionally, Sally held the role of Manager for Corporate Research and Development at Sanjel Canada Ltd. from September 2004 to January 2016, focusing on the development of stimulation fluid and cementing solutions for the oil and gas sector. Academically, Sally holds a Ph.D. in Organometallic Chemistry from the University of Oxford, a MicroMasters in Sustainable Energy from The University of Queensland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences from Trinity College Dublin.
