Sean Mahsoul

Sean Mahsoul is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and venture capital. Currently, Sean serves as a Partner at Presidio Legal, P.C. and as a Venture Partner and Investor at Polymath Capital, roles that have been held since September 2021. Prior to these positions, Sean worked as a Corporate Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from November 2017 to September 2021 and had a brief secondment as Corporate Counsel at Brex from October 2019 to February 2020. Sean began a career in corporate law as a Corporate Associate at Hogan Lovells from October 2015 to November 2017 and further developed skills in startup law at UC Hastings Institute For Innovation Law from August 2013 to April 2015. The professional journey started with a Law Clerk position at Sullivan & Triggs, LLP from August 2011 to June 2012. Sean holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UCLA, completed in 2011.
