Prashant Bajpai

Prashant Bajpai has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Prashant started their career as a Software Intern at Kwench - Employee Engagement Redefined from June 2016 to September 2016. Prashant then worked as a Software Engineer at the same company from September 2016 to March 2018, where they gained experience in working with various products and technologies such as Stripes Framework, MyBatis Framework, Spring Framework, and AngularJS.

After that, Prashant joined Kwench as a Senior Software Engineer from April 2018 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for setting up projects from scratch, developing technical architectures, mentoring interns, and managing DevOps tasks such as CI/CD setup and troubleshooting production issues.

Prashant then moved on to Huminos in April 2019, where they held multiple roles. Prashant started as the Head of Information Security and successfully led the certification of Huminos for EU-GDPR, ISO-27001, and SOC - Type1 compliance. Prashant also conducted VAPT for the bot platform and aligned the product with Workplace security guidelines.

In October 2019, Prashant transitioned to the role of Senior Software Engineer at Huminos. Prashant worked on the Huminos Bot Platform, where they created bots for Facebook's Workplace with various use cases and successfully completed projects like the "COVID-19 - Bot" for Workplace by Facebook.

Lastly, Prashant served as a Product Manager at Huminos from January 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they worked on the huminos platform, leading and guiding the team, setting performance parameters, and gathering requirements from stakeholders.

Currently, Prashant is working as a Senior Backend Developer at Polymath since April 2021.

Prashant Bajpai completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, starting in 2013 and graduating in 2016.
