Todd Hotes, MBA, serves as the Marketing Director at Polymer Resources Ltd. since January 2010, focusing on enhancing business value through effective marketing strategies and brand management. In addition to marketing, Todd has extensive experience in aviation, holding key positions such as Flight Operations Management and Chief Pilot for a Part 135 flight department, Lead Captain at Clay Lacy Aviation, and as a Contract Captain for Linear Air. Todd's contributions to the aviation community include serving as a Professional Pilot Advisor to the Board of the Pilatus Owners and Pilots Association. Early career roles encompassed being a Check Airman and Captain at US Airways Express and a Certified Flight and Ground Instructor at Interstate Aviation.
