Armance Bordes

Armance Bordes is Sofinnova Partners’ general councel, she has 15 years’ experience handling legal and regulatory issues in private equity and venture capital. Prior to joining Sofinnova, Armance was deputy general counsel and secretary of the board of directors at Eurazeo. Armance started her career as an M&A lawyer at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Paris. She graduated from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and holds a postgraduate diploma from Oxford University. She is a member of the Paris bar and represents venture capital at Invest Europe's Public Affairs Executive.
