Ingrid Anderson

Ingrid Anderson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at PolyNovo Limited since May 2024, Ingrid previously held the same title at BWX Limited from November 2018 to May 2024, overseeing HR, Rewards, Internal Communications, and Safety. Ingrid's career includes significant positions at Billabong, where responsibilities ranged from leading the Americas HR function to overseeing HR strategy and talent acquisition, and as an International HR Manager managing global HR policies and executive compensation plans.
