Shailendra Kumar Srivastava

Shailendra Kumar Srivastava has extensive experience in research and development, technical services, and new product development within the packaging industry. Currently serving as General Manager for R&D and Technical Services at Polyplex since January 2010, Shailendra has held various significant roles, including DGM of Corporate Technical Services & Application Development. Prior experiences include leadership positions in Polyplex Europa, Turkey, and Polyplex Thailand Ltd., as well as quality assurance and development roles in Positive Packaging Industries Limited and Rollatainers Packaging Ltd. Shailendra’s educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Polymer Technology from Delhi College of Engineering, a degree as a Packaging Technologist from the Indian Institute of Packaging, and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, Faizabad.
