Megan Adams, CPA

Megan Adams, CPA has extensive experience in the accounting and finance field. Megan began their career in 2006 as a Property Manager for WB Surf Inn & WB Sandcastle. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Accountant for Creative Custom Woodworks and Hagood Homes, Inc. In 2011, they interned as an Audit Intern for Dixon Hughes PLLC. Megan also served as a Graduate Assistant for the Accounting and Business Law Department at UNC Wilmington. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Audit Associate for Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Audit Supervisor for RSM US LLP. Megan then worked as a Financial Controller, Assistant Controller, and Corporate Financial Manager for PolyQuest, Inc.

Megan Adams, CPA holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners, which they obtained in January 2014. Megan also holds a Masters of Science in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, which they obtained between 2011 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Business Administration degree with a focus in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 2008 and 2011. Finally, they attended Shelby High School.
