Jennifer Tenfold

Jennifer Tenfelde is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Polysciences, Inc. since 2001, Jennifer has effectively built the HR department from the ground up, overseeing human resources for approximately 70 employees at a single site. Prior to this role, Jennifer held positions at GE Financial Assurance as an HR Client Manager, where strategic initiatives and business partnerships were key focuses, and at Colonial Penn Insurance Co. as a Human Resources Specialist, managing recruitment and employee relations. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Placement Specialist at Thomas Jefferson University. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Cabrini University.
