Michael Wagaman

Michael Wagaman has extensive experience in research and development, global chemistry management, and organic synthesis. Michael has held various roles such as Vice President of Research and Development at Polysciences, Inc., where they led teams in the development of novel products for gene/cell therapeutic areas. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Chemistry/Global Chemistry at Frontier Scientific, Inc., where they managed chemistry, analytical, and ADME groups on a global scale. Michael also has experience as a Group Leader, Staff Scientist, and Summer Intern in organizations such as Honeywell and Sandia National Laboratories. Michael Wagaman’s expertise includes chemical synthesis, scaling up syntheses, and team management.

Michael Wagaman earned their PhD in Chemistry with Robert H. Grubbs (2005 Nobel Laureate) from Caltech between 1993 and 1997. Prior to that, they completed their BS with Distinction in Chemistry at the University of Delaware from 1989 to 1993.
