Brigitte Morneau MSc., CRHA is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Polytechnique Montréal since November 2022, Brigitte previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Collège Jean-Eudes from August 2020 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Polytechnique Montréal as a Senior Advisor in Global Compensation from September 2016 to August 2020, and multiple roles at Rolls-Royce from January 2011 to September 2016, including Human Resources Manager and Labour Relation Specialist. Brigitte began their career at Securitas Canada as a Recruitment and Training Coordinator from 2009 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Université de Montréal.
