Jenna Schuttpelz

Jenna Schuttpelz (Rakes), PHR, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management within academic institutions. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Classification and Compensation at the University of Oregon, Jenna has previously held positions such as Director of University Talent Acquisition and Senior Associate Director for University Talent Acquisition. Prior experience includes the role of Office Manager at Montana State University Billings Career Services. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Political Science from Rocky Mountain College, earned between 2002 and 2006.
