With a background in project management at companies like Sevenice Switzerland GmbH and Funikatec, Caglayan has focused on mobile application development and web 2.0 projects. Additionally, Caglayan served as an IT Manager and Consultant at Funika Holding, contributing to web design, network administration, and database management. From 1999 to 2019, Caglayan shared martial arts expertise as a Martial Arts Instructor at Zen Dojo. Caglayan's educational background includes a Post Graduate degree in Instructional Technology from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Gazi University.
