Paola Cáceres

Paola Cáceres, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager in Information Systems at POLYWOOD® since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Manager for Funder Collaborations at ClimateWorks Foundation and Project Manager for Digital Marketing at Sundance Institute. Additionally, Paola has worked as a Development Associate at Tompkins Conservation and as a Project Manager/Design Researcher at IDEO. Other experiences include guest services at National Geographic Expeditions, a research assistant position at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and serving as an Expedition Manager at Awasi Patagonia. Paola holds an M.A. in Social Sciences with a focus on Operations Management and Consumer Behavior from the University of Chicago, as well as a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in French from Andrews University.
