Phil McNabb

Phil McNabb has extensive experience in the food production and logistics industry, currently serving as Manager of Shipping and Conveyance at POM Wonderful since March 2021. Prior to this role, Phil held various positions at Del Monte Foods, Inc., including Site Director and Warehouse Manager, from January 1997 to March 2021. Earlier in their career, Phil worked at Nestlé as Training Manager and Production Manager from 1990 to 1997, and served as Production Supervisor at Contadina Foods, Inc. from February 1986 to 1990. Phil began their career as a Water Engineer at J. G. Boswell Company from January 1981 to December 1985. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science with a focus on Soil Science and Agronomy from California State University, Fresno, earned between 1977 and 1980.
