Shawn is currently the Managing Partner at Total View Analytics, where they help clients manage and analyze data to gain actionable insights. Shawn also serves as the Director of Data Strategy at Pomerol Partners, a business intelligence and analytics solutions provider. Previously, Shawn worked as the Vice President of the West Region at Analytics8, where they led a team dedicated to assisting clients in making informed decisions. Shawn also served as the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence & CRM Consulting at Wipfli LLP and held roles at University of Wisconsin E-Business Consortium, Millennium Partners, ClicksGuide.com/Netshop Solutions LLC, and Ernst & Young LLP. Shawn's expertise lies in developing data management and analytics strategies, leading BI/analytics projects, improving user adoption, and advising on data visualization best practices.

Shawn Helwig pursued their education starting from 1989 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering in 1993. Shawn furthered their educational journey at the same institution from 1993 to 1994, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering.
