Heather Bowman

Heather Bowman started their work experience as a Software Developer at Honeywell POMS in 1999 and continued in that role until 2005. Heather then worked at American Public University System as a Software Developer in 2005. In 2006, they joined FGM, Inc, where they worked as a Software Development Technical Lead until 2013. Since 2013, Heather has been working as a Principal Software Engineer at POMS Corporation.

Heather Bowman holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Georgia. Heather is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Foundations of Data Science at North Carolina State University, expected to be completed in 2027. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Calculus for Machine Learning and Data Science as well as Linear Algebra for Machine Learning and Data Science from Coursera. Heather also holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in April 2012.
