Tribal Council Representative at Ponca Tribe of Nebraska

Falon McAlpin M.S. currently serves as a Tribal Council Representative for the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska since January 2023 and holds the role of Program Manager for Tribal Relations at the Arbor Day Foundation starting in May 2024. Past experience includes positions as Training and Recruitment Specialist at Prairie Flower Casino, Executive Director of Tribal Affairs, and Deputy Director of Tribal Affairs at the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska. Falon has also worked in training and organizational development at Bellevue University and held roles in employee development and health resource advocacy within the Ponca Tribe. Earlier career highlights include positions as a Substance Abuse & Alcohol Educator at Abintra Counseling Center and Assistant Case Manager at Addiction and Behavioral Health. Falon holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and a Bachelor's degree in Management of Human Resources, as well as an AAS in Chemical Dependency Counseling from Bellevue University and Metropolitan Community College.
