Melly Gao

Melly Gao has a diverse and extensive work experience. Melly is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer for Pond & Company starting from May 2020. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President Finance at Trilogy from October 2019 to April 2020. Melly also served as the VP of Finance at U.S. Security Associates, Inc. from May 2015 to September 2019, where they managed a large team and various financial services functions. Melly founded InsideBaseball.com in 2013, an online platform focused on improving coaching quality in US little leagues. Melly has also held significant roles in companies such as STANLEY Security and Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. Melly has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, operational control, systems implementation, and financial reporting.

Melly Gao obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Information System from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business in 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Professional Accountancy degree from the same institution. Melly Gao also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 1998, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & International Trade from Nankai University in China.
