Stanton Gatewood

Stanton Gatewood is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the R4 Cybersecurity State Coordinator for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since March 2021, Gatewood has also held significant roles such as Distinguished Fellow at the Ponemon Institute and CISO for the State of Georgia. Key achievements include leading cybersecurity initiatives at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, directing workforce development at Dell SecureWorks, and managing information security programs at prominent institutions including the University of Georgia and the University of Southern California.
