Ilkka Suhonen

Ilkka Suhonen is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Co-Founder at Rog Partners since December 2024, where the focus is on B2B phone interviews to enhance customer understanding. Suhonen has also been the Doer/Founder at Ponnista Oy since 2016, offering expertise in modern recruitment strategies. As a Board Member and Partner at Polar Night Software since February 2020, Suhonen contributes to the design and implementation of digital services. Previous roles include Recruitment Lead at Sanoma Media Finland, overseeing comprehensive recruitment strategies and employer branding, and global Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Lead at Nordcloud. With extensive experience in executive search and talent selection across several firms since 2011, Suhonen holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Eastern Finland and the University of Helsinki.
