Mika Rautiainen

Mika Rautiainen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in design and application within the powertrain sector. Currently serving as Chief Design Engineer and Technical Lead in Ponsse's R&D department since April 2018, Mika has significantly contributed to powertrain and engine development. Prior roles include Project Coordinator and Application Engineer at AGCO Power Oy, where responsibilities encompassed managing global customer projects and supporting engine performance and emissions. Mika's earlier experience includes project training at Turku University of Applied Sciences, assembly work at Konepaja Häkkinen Oy, and internships demonstrating a solid foundation in engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership of Technology-based Business from Tampere University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Turku University of Applied Sciences.
