Kelly Miragliotta has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kelly began their career as a Community Outreach and Special Events Intern at The National Multiple Sclerosis Society in 2014. From May 2014 to February 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant and Project Manager at The Brentwood Group, Inc. In January 2016, they served as a Public Relations and Social Media Consultant at Czig Meister Brewing, LLC.
In 2016, Kelly joined Pontera, where they held various roles. Kelly started as a Customer Success Representative in February 2016 and later became a Customer Success Manager in August 2016. From November 2018 to July 2020, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Kelly then progressed to become an Associate Director of Customer Success from July 2020 to June 2021. Kelly was subsequently promoted to the role of Director of Customer Success from June 2021 to April 2023. Currently, their most recent position at Pontera is Director of Customer Experience, which they have held since April 2023.
Kelly Miragliotta obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Communication from Rutgers University. Kelly completed their education at the university from 2011 to 2015.
