Ruby Payne

Ruby Payne is an experienced Project Manager at Scarlett Entertainment since June 2024, previously working as an Entertainment Coordinator at Pontin's where responsibilities included coordinating casting and managing entertainment teams across UK parks. Prior to that, Ruby served as an Executive Assistant at Belle & Skye Ltd, providing personal and professional support to the Director. With a background in social media content creation and management at TUI and Mrs Green’s Eco Store, Ruby has also held roles in performance and entertainment coordination within TUI BLUE for Families, contributing to multiple production shows and overseeing entertainment teams. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre from the University of Chichester.
